Season's Greetings

Only 3 more days till 2024 and then life starts getting busy again.  Our first convention is in February in Danville, IN.  Come see all the new deals we have going.

Craft shows were successful for me this year.  I've tried so many new ideas and am still working on inventory for next year, since I don't know if I'll get back to it during convention season.

Life is always busy around here. Jeff had eye surgery to replace and fix a cataract lens.  Well the results were a new lens and it has shifted also.  Haven't made a decision to do surgery again.

Nothing great to report other than we are both doing really good (except having Covid for Christmas).  Looking forward to 2024 and some exciting changes.

Til next time,

Cheryl

We will be in Southfield

 Hey Y'all,

We will be in Southfield, MI in September!  This is the first show since the pandemic!  I hope you will come out and see us.  We have a lot to show you.

The date is Saturday, September 23 & Sunday, September 24.   SSAT.com for all the information

It's been almost a year since Jeff's accident.  He's doing really well.  His eyesight is getting much worse, so if you see him be sure to be right in his line of sight so he can see you.   If you don't know he has RP which leads to tunnel vision.  He will most likely always have some vision, but right now it's less than 18%.

If you are not signed up for our newsletter, please sign up on the website home page. www.thepaperhollow.com.  Here you will find our monthly specials and news.  It only gets sent out once a month unless there is something new or a flash sale or personal news to inform you of.  The most you will get is 3 per month.

I'm excited to see my customers again and hope you will take the time to come see us to boost our morale.  It's always good to see familiar faces!!

June 2023

Life just is going too fast.  Last post was way back in 2022 after Jeff had gotten hurt.  Our lives have changed so much since then.

Jeff has been diagnosed as legally blind.  He learns something new each day whether it be using his cane or falling over a box in the living room.  I learn new things being a caregiver.  The last time I played this role was for his mother.  That was hard, this is harder.

Our eldest grandson, Drew, who grew up in the store, graduated from high school last week.  I can't believe time has drifted away.  He will start State next fall.  Hasn't decided what he really wants to do, but he has so many choices.

Then just when you think life is getting easier the bottom falls out.  Dealing with my house being in reconstruction (they finally started my bathroom) mayhem, my living room full of boxes and inventory and the storage unit getting a butt head of a building manager, my stress level is beyond safe.  I pray, I sing, I meditate and I still have a headache.  BUT, It is all temporary.    This too shall pass.

Hope you are having a great summer so far,

Till next time,

Cheryl
